Not only does the daughter of Carine Roitfeld model for Jill Sandler and works with Mark Fast on his Faster line, but she also is a spokesperson for Range Rover’s new car, the Evoque.

So she driving around Paris on a quiet Sunday night, people watching at Cafe Flore, amongst the many.

Kate and Laura Mulleavy of Rodarte created the “Swan Lake” ballet costumes for Black Swan and turned to their long time friend and supporter Swarovski, who donated nearly 250,000 crystals, weighing 40kgs for the ballet costumes, to add drama to the dark, romantic aesthetics of the pivotal ballet scenes.

Rodarte worked with Swarovski crystals on the Black Swan and White Swan costumes as well as the diaphanous white gown worn by Natalie Portman’s character.




Additionally, the now iconic Black Swan crown designed by Kate and Laura Mulleavy, which is featured in the film’s poster, was hand crafted in burnt copper with Swarovski crystals entangled in the metalwork.

Aya Takano x Shu Uemura - Abracadabra Fantasy Collection

Shu Uemura has teamed up with Aya Takano, a Japanese pop artist associated with the Superflat movement. 

Influenced by both manga and American Science Fiction, her art typically depicts large-eyed female heroines, often partially or completely nude. 

 It's a complete makeup palette of wearable colors in a cute and young-looking packaging.

The New Royals of Denmark

Princess Mary of Denmark and Crown Prince Frederik of Denmark showed off their still-unnamed newborn twins to a crowd of onlookers outside a hospital in Copenhagen. 

Though one baby is a girl and the other is a boy, the couple didn't signify that to the world by wrapping them in pink and blue wraps.

So Andrew Garfield is set to play Peter Parker in the Spider-Man reboot. We won't know how well Garfield works as Peter Parker until 2012 (though hopefully the trailer will drop before that), but we can still judge purely on aesthetics.

The Nike Flash Macro Premium (sail/birch), Nike Blazer Mid Premium (sail/khaki) and Nike Air Rift Premium (sail/sport red) all feature recycled magazines that have been stitched together to create a one-of-a-kind pattern on each shoe.

The surface has been treated with a transparent material for resistance and durability. Each shoe in the pack will be sold separately and debut in limited quantities within the Nike Sportswear Spring 2011 collection beginning January 1 in Europe, China and select emerging markets.

The New Volkswagen Golf Style by Karl Lagerfeld

Karl Lagerfeld is the face of the Volkswagen Golf STYLE. This particular unit is an add-on set of lightweight alloy rims, fog lamps, privacy glass (tinted side and rear windows) as well as STYLE badging for the Golf and Polo models. There’s also the STYLE-Plus which offers the same goodies, adding a sunroof or a panorama roof and replacing the rims with a different model.
